Specification disclosed. No estimates.

Each office building carries published floor-plate efficiency ratios, mechanical and electrical load specifications, and MSC-status certification where applicable.

Retail podiums: sized for trade

Shop-lot podiums are planned to trade-area demand, with column-free floor plates, service-bay access, and frontage ratios determined by tenant mix, not residential density.
